Oh wise fishes of the corporate seas, Is it a good idea to go back and negotiate the salary?

I have 2 offers in hand. One for 27 fixed from company X and other for 25 fixed from Company Y. I am only interested in joining company Y. Do you think it is wise to renegotiate the salary?

Note that Y was reluctant to increase salary and 25 was given after much convincing (meagre 23% hike over my current fixed).

Can Y rescind their offer because I renegotiated?

PS: I'm a CA with 6 YOE in FP&A.

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me
