Ok I got to the final round for interviews! I haven’t gotten this far since getting my current role 4 years ago! That means I’m 1 of maybe 2 or 3 candidates left. It’s for a role that’s above my current role (general manager) so I’m super nervous about the interview. Any tips for a successful final round interview?

Does anyone know what the interview process is like for Tech Consulting? Is it similar to Management Consulting?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏
