What does comp look like for PE ops associates?
Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

UBS If I had to move within the company to a different location , how does it work? For example if I move from low cost of living area to high cost of living area does the company re-evaluate the base salary within USA? Or do they come back and mention its your family requirement since your partner is located and you are moving ?Suggestions or experiences any !

Looks like you've got a good trajectory though! Keep up the good work, you'll get a house someday (unless interest rates keep rising 😬)
$140k In the bay is $70k which is poverty in 2023. One thing is for sure is you need to master your craft instead of focusing on active income. That’s gotten you nowhere
That is absolutely not poverty in the Bay unless you’re someone who lives beyond their means in a stupid way. Granted I’ll never own a home in the Bay however I have a great house I rent and little debt. Your response isn’t just factually incorrect, it’s gross and unnecessarily negative. Math may not be your strong suit though…you do work at Citi. 😂
The Bay Area is not an easy place to make it and you have great trajectory! I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ll never afford to buy a house here however….I am buying land back home in the south. My plan is to use the next 5 years to pay that land off and then I’ll have a place to build the home I want, when I’m ready. I stay here because I can bank money while loving all that the Bay has to offer socially.
