Oliver Wyman people can you clarify what it means to have a “Team 1 and a “Team 2” as far as when you’re hiring in? How quickly can you change that orientation? How often? What if you’re more interested in your team 2 can you staff more there?

I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position. Want to find out from everyone what kind of questions I should be expecting in this interview and what the hiring process is going to be like. Was offered 90k for a CD position in Brussels. Is this a good offer? I mean, I wanna do it because I want to live in Brussels but I know taxes are brutal there. Almost 50% of my income is going away

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Tomorrow they are requiring masks again and I was almost in tears when I found out. We have been mask free (recommended) since June and I feel like we are being muzzled again.
