Hi all, I have been in social services for about 2.5 years now. Initially as a Case Manager and now a Care Coordinator. I currently make $25/hour while living in San Diego, CA. Does this pay seem fair to where I live/the job description?

We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Told during HR screen that I'm looking for 135-145 but have space to negotiate. Given verbal offer and currently already getting background checked. HR calls me and says they can only do 110 with no sign on bonus? She even asked me if it's too low to continue. Is this even normal?

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
