I’m in a tough spot—still waiting for conflicts to clear and out of the blue, a partner reached out regarding a project that they’ve staffed me on. They want my availability to begin working on the matter next week…how do I handle this? How much time would you realistically be able to spend on a case presentation assigned mid-week and due for presentation first thing Friday morning? Have one with for a FAANG company that I really want but client work is a bitch this week.

Other than MAANG, which companies are good for the data scientists in India (both product and service)? Good in terms of project complexity, rigor of analytical approach, scale of problems, implementation opportunities, usage of latest tech stack, innovation, mlops best practices etc.
