One of my senior got promoted from level 10 to 9. My senior joined Accenture 2 years back and i joined 2.10 years back . We worked on the same project and i joined before my senior . All the project work done by me. And recently my senior fired from the project because of bad behaviour and my senior was still promoted after this incident. I am from level 11. Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
