MBB isn’t that bad.

I'll be the party pooper...I'm surprised they left EY off the list. As much as we all make fun of them, especially Deloitte, all of B4 are in the global top tier of management consulting firms.
I just assume it’s a job opening at EY
Chief
Edged out EY by that much 🤏 just glad they spelled our name right, it’s a toughie.
you just know the person who wrote this worked for KPMG lol
Pro
Or they worked for EY 😬
Chief
Putting KPMG after MBB is *chefs kiss*
What is this even for that they are requiring 15+ years or senior-level experience in consulting?
Pro
Imagine preferring a candidate from big 4 over LEK, OW, or ATK
It all depends on practice area and expertise. If this were a tech focused role I then the smaller no name companies aren't going to cut it. The caliber and scope of work is different. Maybe they are looking for people that manage large book of business etc. Kearney, LEK , A&M ,etc are good in their niche but don't have that market presence and breadth and depth of some of the other firms

"Need 15+ YOE in random big finance/consulting company"
Deloitte
SMH. Left out 😂
I’m owned by Carlyle. Does that count?
Today I learned!
Lol! Accenture Strategy doesn’t make the cut.

15+ years senior-level experience, so exclusively very tenured SPs?
Rising Star
Yep though that would still be mostly SPs (or very tenured partners)…
