need opinion
I have received an offer letter from ZS as DAC.
lets suppose they offered X amount
and I was able to negotiate and increase the offer..
now I have mail confirmation from the HR of the new compensation structure that it has been set in backend. however he is saying offer letter cant be changed..so i had to sign the old offer letter while i have mail confirmation for new compensation.
Is this okay ? will there be problem later ?

Hey, My interview is scheduled next week with exl for the post of data analyst (python & Tableau) . I just wants to know how many rounds are in the interview process. That's usually how it works at large companies. Leadership compensation is heavily weighted towards bonuses or stock awards. This is how Walmart compensates their executives

I’m sure each MBB firm does their comp somewhat differently, but it generally revolves around credit for work sold and the profitability of that work.
A senior MBB partner who sells a ton of work will make a lot more than $600k. I was told $4-5M is high but not unheard of.
What kind of revenue do you need to bring in to make $600k?
Interesting at D it’s the opposite. There is no “bonus” it’s just shares in the firm paid out so essentially salary
