Hi All, Please help to chose between cognizant and harman. I got two offer of 26 LPA from cognizant in kolkata location and 28 LPA from harman pune location. In harman project will be with Adobe client. In cognizant, I don't have any idea about project details. My skill is node js, angular js, JavaScript and experience is 7.3 years. I am from kolkata. You don’t want to work at the Dutch agencies in ams and the international ones are all English. W+K, 72, 180
You will make less but you will need less. They don’t generally charge clients what we charge so they can’t rightly pay you the same amount. If you can accept that fact you will live well, be in a much more exciting environment and probably get to make work that you’re proud of. It’s a Values exercise.
Depends on exchange rate and where you live now. Cost of living might be cheaper abroad (especially rent and food). The international experience will probably get you a bigger salary bump when you return to the states, plus you get to live abroad!

Depends on city, agency, role and your negotiation skills. Amsterdam can be tough to get due to language requirements. London is easy to get and intereating work, but generally pays less than Dublin.
Depends what country you move to. US to Ireland was almost in half for me.
@ACD1 Why don't we want to work at the Dutch agencies in AMS?
I moved to London in 2014. Was able to maintain my salary at USD to Pound conversion but got screwed in the drop in the GBP. Basically took a 20% payout organically because when I moved back to the US the pound had dropped from 1.85 to 1.35
