Why infosys keep on doing interview surveys but never take interviews? Have someone faced same issue?

The recruiter said it’ll be interactive and test problem solving.

I’m new and I’m still not understanding the concept of USDC. Aside from pay, and supposedly more 9-5, what’s the difference. It doesn’t appear for me that anyone else on my projects is USDC (how would I know/check?) and I have no clue how many hours they’re working. It’s just all confusing.
