I got an offer of 62% increment from some other org. I didn't calculate that when informing my current org and i just said to them i got 70%. Now the current is offering 60% and asking me to submit an offer letter. Will there be any problem if I share an offer letter of 62% with them?

Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

26 YO, make make roughly 130k TC and really wanting to get the new 2022 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. Great MPG and reliability. MSRP is just under 40k for the top trim. Good financial move or should I go with a lower trim such as the EXL or Sport which come in around the mid 20k-low 30k area.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I have 23.5 in hand so I asked for 26 which she said out of budget. Then I asked 23.5 fixed atleast. Contd… in comments

Hi fishes, I joined a company and did just did induction for a day. Due to personal reason I am unable to join company. Is that absconding? I sent a mail to HR too but get system generation mail of that they will terminate me if not reported to manager? Note: I have just joined induction for 2hrs nothing else

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

I am a VP with compensation of ₹48Lpa in India. Have an offer of €65K in Germany. The German offer is at a lower position and lower compensation as I do not know German (as yet) and senior roles would require client interaction (German clients).

I see it as an opportunity to get my foot into Germany on a EU Blue Card and then look for something better once there.

I am in a non-IT role.
