My dilemma:

I'm at a LMM investment bank. Can get crazy sometimes, but otherwise chill. Typically done around 7-9 pm, had maybe three 1 am nights. Haven't worked a weekend in over a month. Fridays almost always done at 5 pm.

Have an offer at a reputable MM bank but probably pretty sweaty. Worth the move?

I have been offered from NTT data and a week ago they gave me a call to check if i can join early.. i said i am ok to join early if NTT is ready for buyout. They said they will come back on it and a day ago i can see that the recruiter has posted a job opening in naukri with the similer set of experience with what i have and i am little skeptical that will they revoke my offer. The job opening is posted by the same recruiter who has recruited me and looking for people who can join within 30 days

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. How much an EXL pay for 3.5 YOE data engineer?

As a third year experienced associate, I am up for promotion this year. I know for a fact that all the managers and directors whom I have worked with are very supportive of my promotion. I had perfect snapshots with performance differentiators. But my utilization and over time has been lower than the required metric. It was around ~82% and only ~150 hrs of over time.
