Part-time MBA: Emory (full ride) vs. Duke ($$$)?

Looking to transition into FinTech / Privacy / Blockchain practice. Curious what the day-to-day is for a first-year associate and what the progression in work / responsibilities looks like. Also, any insights on how to bolster my skill set to make the transition (i.e., CIPP/A certification, FinTech certification, etc.) would be much appreciated—current practice is international transaction tax at a Big4.

Some advice needed. I’m pretty young in my career. 1 year at Enterprise Rental Management 1 year at ADP and currently doing commercial real estate. I have my MBA in Strategic Planning (not a top school). Is it worth pursuing a career at google or Microsoft or should I wait a few years due to experience? Or is there any sales or product management job that is worth it?

Will it reflect badly on my mba applications if I quit McK in 6 months to join a startup (unicorn series E funded)? By the time i apply i would have ~7mo exp at the startup. If I’m sure I will be going to back to school, does it make sense to just continue with McK to the get the best of the brand value?

Options considering:
1/ Continue current path, stack more deal experience, strong chance of Director promo in 3-6 months
2/ Don’t wait, just jump or apply to other roles
3/ Study and go back to grab MBA (considering MIT or Stanford MSX - 1 YR)

Currently looking for my first job in Cybersecurity. I have a 4 year degree in CIS and emphasis in Security, but no Certifications yet. Asking for advise- is it possible to get my first job in this field without having a Cert yet? Or do most companies want a degree and certs right off the bat?

Is CMA worth getting after getting the CPA? Or is it better to get the CFA. Also don’t have much finance background so I don’t know if I can pass the CFA will require a lot of hard work. Interesting in hearing people’s thoughts.

I have no plans in leaving PA anytime soon but I figure maybe I should look into another certification that holds value and makes me more marketable compared to my peers. Appreciate any thoughts and advice.

They say I’m not ready, but the managers above me do not have degrees or certifications. What should I do? How do I get what I’m looking for?

How do you know of your current daycare is the best option for your kid/s? In this DFW market, we’re paying in the higher range, they have live cameras, they have a curriculum, etc. This is our first kid (10 months) and after visiting 3 other schools I don’t know what else we could want. I hear everyone wants the in-home care, but there are no cameras there. I hear everyone wants the Montessori or Goddard, but honestly haven’t seen proof of anything special when we toured.
