Optimal time to jump ship?

Associate 10months in. I like the projects, but can't stand consulting culture (rat race mindset, drama, keeping up with joneses, etc.)

Should i stay 2 years for the promo and then jump? Or is there no benefit to waiting...

When should I worry about the legal structure and finance of the company?

Is there a cheat sheet to how to startup, till exit?

Please provide valuable inputs.

- closed culture with extremely compartmentalized information, working on a small piece of the puzzle, with reduced ability to demonstrate true value, unless already high up.

This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer?
