So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. 210k base
30% bonus
20k signing bonus
1.5 million carry dollars at work (400m final close with 250k for every 50m increase up to 500m fund max) with 7 year vesting period (ouch)
Completely remote with encouragement for juniors to travel and build relationships around the country.

Just wanted to get a feel for whether or not this is a good offer as I don’t know many people in the industry.
