It's possible, it's more likely that your compensation will remain the same. However, I would suspect a company like Oracle may change you over to their benefit plan rather than maintaining your existing plan. But that just depends on how the deal with your existing company is structured and the negotiated terms pertaining to the employees.

It really depends. From an integration perspective, you have a better chance of getting Oracle pay if the Cerner brand is going away. However, Oracle pay doesn’t necessarily mean being paid the same as the folks in say, Silicon Valley. They’re more likely to bump pay if Cerner is below market for whatever market you are in.
Entirely up to them. If they do, it’s a good sign the acquisition will be good for you personally.
Maybe for some due to retention incentives. But if they keep everything as-is and don’t do a major integration, doubtful for all.

May be easier to lateral within legal org once it’s fully integrated and get a comp bump that way.
