Oracle salary for IC5 level

Hello everyone, this is my first post on FishBowl. Although my question would sound naive but I thought to ask it anyway, I have an experience of 3.5+ years as Business intelligence developer and got a call from EY GDS for an interview and told my expected CTC as 14 lpa and my current CTC is 7.5 lpa . Did I do right in asking this amount or should I have gone for more. Very much confused to be honest. Please do help me out here with some suggestions/advices.

I used to do mostly cardio (with rare instances of body weight exercises). Yesterday for the first time after a long time, I took a 40-minute Peloton intermediate level full body strength class. Today, I can’t even move. My legs are so sore (specifically hips and quads). I did a warm up before the class and stretching after the class. Is this normal? I have accepted an offer of 130k + 20% bonus and RSUs worth 150k.
Today, I got another offer from a startup of 160k base pay and stock options worth 440 k.

Has anyone negotiated an offer after accepting? I am supposed to join them next week.

Vesting period is 4 years with one year cliff and each quarter after a year.

Any advice for asking for almost a 30-35% raise. I recently got an Office Manager position and I wanted to renegotiate my pay. It's a brand new location with branches nationwide. I have never received a grade increase for the time that I was there, yet all of my reviews have been favorable down to me being able to receive monetary bonuses.
