Oracle: It's been 4 weeks already, and I haven't recived offer letter(BGV completed)
Fixed: ₹25 LPA
Stocks: ₹21 L worth of RSUs vesting over 4 years

SuperK:
Fixed: ₹23 LPA
Joining Bonus: ₹2 L (Year 1 only)
Retention Bonus: ₹2 L (Year 1 end)
ESOPS: Not disclosed yet
Total Compensation (Year 1): ₹27 LPA + ESOPS

Salary negotiation tips?

Increasing CTCs in india is the single greatest hindrance from becoming a 5trillion economy. Opportunity cost to leave the job and start something of your own is widening. Further are these salaries even sustainable. Revenue of companies hasn't kept pace with compensation increase in india and it's a bubble which is soon going to burst. I'd think twice before accepting the offer in excess of 50% hike
