I can’t even mention how many jobs I’ve applied knowing perfectly well that I’m overqualified. I’ve even applied to part-time jobs, lower paying jobs, target, Starbucks, clothing, stores, furniture, stores, gyms, absolutely everywhere I can possibly think of, and I have gotten no response, or “not selected For This Job” emails.
I lost hope already. I hate the company who laid me off because they seem to think AI can do everything.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections.
