OW 🐠, how long does it normally take to hear back after a final round interview?

I interviewed a few weeks ago but no word yet. Conscious that was in August and it might be hard to coordinate internally for a decision, but I’m kind of expecting it to be bad news because of the radio silence. Any thoughts?

I am in the final steps of the interview process for an in-house position. I mentioned to the recruiter that I had unvested equity I would be leaving on the table. She said the company would take this into account and make me whole. She later asked for proof of the equity in the form of my account statement and balance, which I provided. I have not yet received an offer. Is it typical for companies to ask for this documentation if they don't intend to make the candidate an offer?
