But along with that there are many more notifications like pf, nominee etc. Some needs to be send hard copy to Bangalore.
My question is..do I need so send it before joining or after joining?

Baringa isn't a bad shout given the shift in the Consulting market. They were the laughing stock of ex-ACN/Deloitte who didn't make the promotion cut. Given their far reduced "fat" vs. the others big ones; possibly not a bad place to go.

Depends whether you want to move into sales-incentivised grades or not. If you sit just below those grades at PA, your salary won’t grow any further so might not tick your ‘long-term compensation’ box. I think it’s a decent place to be though, with people who are mostly kind & want to do the right thing, in spite of being too busy. Work life balance is mostly alright.
