It doesn't make a difference in exit ops, but the scale is good to learn from I suppose. I do HR audits at the huge companies B4 people are always trying to get into. It holds no weight, and it hurts you depending on the level, because they assume you have less exposure to more topics. Which is supported by what big4 vs non big4 can detail on their resumes. It's honestly a super interesting phenomenon, and of course counter intuitive.

It's an app. I use it when I drive into the office. $20 parking is $10 if booked through the app. That is for the lot near my office (SF).

They actually own the building but said monthly parking is not even available for employees at the moment. So i have to pay daily and I'm on site daily. I live closer than I am to the office so I don't even get mileage even though it takes longer to get to the client. The CFO is former Deloitte Partner, but I don't want to ask him and then have a sit down with the Partner.
All of it? Man thats awesome i have to pay 200 a month just for parking and that too if I don't go to the client site everyeday. On a 56k salary and a family health plan thats alot!
Oh thats better than our policy. We only get reimbursed if its over $12 anywhere. I'm in DC.
Deloitte OP, what level are you? Also all of those expenses should be reimbursable by the client. Like I've never heard of such a thing...
Yeah if the firms are expecting us to have to pay $240 a month in parking they should pay us 240 more dollars... 🙄 I hate some parts of PA!

When a client doesn't cover all our expenses, our firm reimburses the expenses. I honestly wouldn't go somewhere that wasn't covered, not that it would happen.

CH1 and how long ago did you start? The more recently you started the higher your starting salary would be. I've also heard you guys pay ~5k more (in all markets)
