HELP! When using other offers to negotiate salary, does the employer usually ask for proof of your other offers that you mentioned? I’m super new to this so I’m just curious.

Also, if they do ask to show proof, is that a red flag? Or is that pretty common? If so, I imagine I’d just block out the company name and stuff like that?

Any suggestions for a formula to calculate a running count of the number of incidences in a list? Any craft beer brewers here?

In the last two year I’ve gotten more and more into alcohol free beer. The selection in my country (Europe) is still small and mainly driven by the big brands (e.g. Heineken). My idea is to start my own small brewery which only produces alcohol free beer as a bit of a pendant to the booming local craft beer industry. Any thoughts on that idea or someone who has experience in the market?

Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. Should I be looking into Delaware at all (specifically a Delaware C-Corp) if I do plan on raising capital at some point down the line? Pre-IPO tech, BizOps:
+ Cash comp: $250K
+ Equity: $130K/year at current internal valuation

Seed-stage, Chief of Staff:
+ Currently valued at $100M after $12M in financing

This is for a BizOps role & they have a team of 20-30. What cash + equity % would make sense to switch over for?
