I have recived a call from HR regarding the salary offered & she told that we are offering that salary. I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.
Can someone explain me what should be the matter or its likes goes only in deloitte? Deliotte

Does anyone have any insight into accounting roles at Amazon, particularly in the Arlington/DC area? An Amazon recruiter reached out about accounting roles, but the posts in this bowl are about Seattle. Trying to decide if the culture/wlb/pay is even worth looking into since it sounds like the interview process is intense. Base pay seemed pretty low in other posts, but they were a year old and for Seattle.

You should expect 7% appraisal in this appraisal cycle because this is the standard appraisal most of the people get in Mindtree.
To get promoted from C1 to C2, you need to complete at least 18 months in the organisation and then based on your performance and rating in your current project, you can get promotion.

1 year From your date of confirmation appraisal will happen, in that the hike is fixed (50k, that's what happened a couple of months back ). For C1-C2 you should get a top rating in appraisal and need ur manager support to get promoted to C2/P2.
Idk about new policies
Once the appraisal process completes you will get new compensation revision letters.
