Please tell me how you got promoted. Within past half the year I have been shortlisted and panel interviewed twice for similar position (internal job, in corporate company) with different hiring managers. Both were sad to say that this is very competitive job and try again next time. I don’t understand why I am getting to final round but never picked up :( I always ask for an advice from hiring manager and they tell me “networking”. Grrr. I am “networking” but not well enough?
