I work in US Taxation in EY and carry an experience of 2 years. I am thinking to shift my career from US tax to either external audit or internal audit. Could anyone please suggest will it be a right move. Also how is the growth, opportunity in external or internal audit compared to US Tax. Also if audit, which one to prefer external or internal audit.

I suggest you invest in a humidifier. Adding moisture to the air helps a lot. Or maybe you can check your HVAC to find out if you have a humidifier in the system.
I use the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask during the winter. Hyaluronic acid and avocado butter are among the hydrating components in this Origins nighttime mask. Be careful if you have sensitive skin, though. It might cause a bit of redness.
Korean masks are my favorite remedy since they're more hydrating than what I usually get with local products. Try the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask. All skin types can use this well-liked nighttime mask. Along with moisturizing the skin, it improves a dull, uneven skin tone.
Beautycounter countertime line is great for dry skin and made with bakuchiol, a natural retinol alternative. La roche posay cicaplast baume at night works well too. Use a cleansing balm or oil at night to not strip your skin.
Drinking a lot of water (~100oz) and very minimal or no alcohol.
For face - Jet Lag mask from Summer Fridays. It’s the most amazing product for dry winter air, I use it morning and night in place of my regular moisturizer.
For body - I use Aveeno excema therapy baby lotion but I’m sure there are better things out there. This one works for me.
I use Olay day cream and night cream and i put some on my hands too in the winter!
The Skinfix Barrier+ Triple Liquid Peptide Cream is worth every penny. I have dry skin and it’s the main thing that gets me through winter.

I had the wooorst dry winter skin last year. So I went to see a dermatologist and asked me simple questions about my bathing routine. Questions like "do I shower with hot or warm water" "how long I shower for". So apparently, I was doing everything wrong.
As product analyst have mentioned, simple changes can do a lot. Keep your shower sessions short and always shower with warm water, and pat yourself dry.
I have this problem as well. I recently tried moisturizing my skin while it's still damp. I don't know if it has something to do with science but it really worked for me.
During the winter season, I do not use lotions, I use ointments or creams instead. I either look for creams with shea butter or jojoba oil.
What are some of your faves
Double up your moisturizing game and go for creams instead of gels. They're a lot heavier so there's more hydration which is just what we need. What are you currently using?
I try to give the same amount of attention to my body and not just my face, so I use the Pacifica Guacamole Whip Face and Body Mask. Like all Pacifica products, the mask is vegan and cruelty-free.
I swear by the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask! I had to buy it in bulk because of how much I loved it. This is coming from someone who has tried just about every mask out there. Have you tried it?
I’m so surprised. It didn’t work for me… I’m going to dig it out of storage and try it again. 🤔
Don't use hot water when bathing. Just use warm water because hot water will make your skin drier. Use oil and cream instead of lotion and on it after washing while moisture is still on your skin.
Drink plenty of water. That's the most basic thing to do. Always apply moisturizer after washing and don't stay long in the shower under hot water.
Drink lots of water. Also, a really good moisturizer! I use the one from cetaphil. It is really mild and hydrating.
Put on moisturizer. On days where your skin feels extra dry, put on a face mask. Choose the snail essence variant because it is really moisturizing.

Shea butter! I usually lather it all over my face and body on days where it feels extra dry. You can also find skincare products with shea butter as ingredients.
