So, I do have some Entertainment business experience already. Looking to do some Entertainment Law, specifically motion picture work. The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.

-One LLC, so only one PPM

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.

Do you review the other side’s escrow instructions and provide comments? 4 years in and I’ve never done this. Working for a new partner and she insists on doing so “in case there are competing instructions” but isn’t that the entire point of funding through an escrow agent/title company?
