Good point! When your bread and butter is SaaS/PaaS cloud products the ProServ’s better be MORE compelling than the products themselves
Seems like a lot of shakeups… I did see one internal post acknowledging the layoffs and that people are being given time to find alternate roles. Other major updates?? I feel like others outside know more than we do!
I am impacted by this layoff today! I have been on billable role, I still am and met ranger requirement too.

No I’m at Pearson PLC. With my job I worked extensively in Sales and Service Clouds but it wasn’t a SF service. I ran our east coast solutions & delivery team.
I just met with a recruiter last week about a TAM position. Giving me huge second thoughts. They said they’d know what headcount was approved soon. Big time cringe.
I knew that immediately. Telling me they have to get headcount approval before moving me on, given their recent churn was a big red flag.
