preface: I know this question has been asked in a few different ways before.. but I’m a campus hire with the role project delivery analyst. I’m assigned to a specific 2 year project. My goal is to switch to consulting and network and find my own projects, as this better aligns with my personality and interests. Is it possible for a campus hire PDM to switch to traditional? Has anyone done it before? Anything I should be doing within my first few weeks to advocate for myself? TIA!

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
