Pros/Cons of getting company phone or not at Deloitte? Don’t wanna carry 2 phones but also don’t want them to see nudes and text messages.

2 phones is the move! If you need to focus in on work, you can put your personal phone away/on do not disturb, and at the end of the day you can put your work phone away so that you’re not bothered by after hours emails when you’re not working.

like

They should only have access to specific apps, inter alia Outlook and Teams. The rest is separate.

like

No reason to have two phones. You set your own boundaries. A second phone does not.

2 phones because 2x battery power, second phone is great as a GPS when you’re out and about

I took a law class and even though your company can say they’re not looking at certain things on your phone they have access to everything. Does this mean they’ll look? No, but they can if they want.

This is the most absolute false thing said in this thread. People aren't running blackberry Enterprise Server anymore. You should year to your "law class" certificate.

like

Just don't allow them to access your personal phone. If you are not at your computer you are not available

I have a CD that gets extremely flustered when you ask them for their opinion on a solution. For example after showing them multiple color pallets and CD not quite liking any of them (real Goldie locks moment) i suggested why not we do (fill in three colors here), the CD freezes up and gets annoyed because they don’t want to say yes or no without seeing it in front of them. Working on tight turn arounds and a cd who is too busy for meetings it proving tough with remote working. Any tips?
