Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

As a junior partner you’re lucky to clear 500 the first year. Even in good years.
Y1 is around 0.5m TC, gradually increasing depending on your sales (can be 100k per year +/-)
This is ballpark number plus pension and such. However, 500TC is not normal employee 500TC but business owner tax liabilities of taxing across 50 states.
Essentially they get almost 50% tax. So first 2/3 years they may make less or equal to Senior Manager cash flow. Post 3+ years then they begin making more until the avg partner gets to 750-1M pay. You retire at 10 years or move up ladder.
Any ballpark numbers? I heard anecdotally from a friend that the partners can clear 600K on average
