I feel like so much of my job is planning and scheduling that I have 0% left to plan and schedule my personal life. Is that normal? Do I need a Microsoft to do list for normal life 😣

My SO will put me on the spot sometimes (he is an extrovert) and say just talk to me (it will just be us two). He generally talks a lot and me so much. My uncle I met a week ago suddenly died. He hid his heart condition from his wife, my aunt. He was having tea in the morning when he had a stroke. She did not have a last word or consider the possibility that he’d pass away so suddenly and soon. She is beating herself up over how he left and they didn’t have a chance to talk that morning. I had connected once and they say that the conversations are strictly confidential.
