Hi, can anyone share the current WFH or hybrid policy for PwC AC Kolkata (Consulting/Advisory)? How many days in office, and does it vary by team or manager? Also, are new joiners expected to be more office-based? Thanks!

Does Partners & Pizza come with actual pizza (like a voucher or something) or is it just a name from pre-WFH?

How do people focus in the office? I'm a first year and I've been mostly wfh since I started and I'm super productive at home - my setup is comfortable, I rarely get interrupted, and I feel like I can stay really focused in my home office.

Our SAs started today, so the firm is making us come in more often. My office set up is so awkward, screens are too small, and I'm constantly getting interrupted. Not to mention the extra time it took to get ready and commute. How do people do this?

Got an offer from pwc in the data privacy role.
With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
