PwC final round 45 minute phone interview with partner - what to expect? Financial services people and org division.

New to Fishbowl, currently working on a career pivot! I graduated in May with my MBA and have experience as a Director of Operations as well as recruiting and HR experience. I am looking to move more into Change/Project Management or Director of People Operations roles. I have been at the application game now for two months with only two interviews and over 20 applications sent out each week. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?
