For staff/seniors in public accounting. Would you rather be paid 1 1/2 for your tax season overtime hours or would you prefer to wait for a big fat bonus check at the end of the company year? I heard KMPG paid overtime at 1.5 back in the day when the others didn't. I am sure they have now cut that out though.

First step being the online assessment dubbed 'virtual job tryout'. I am anxious about answering 'correctly'. I’ve recently started working at PwC as and account executive. I have a degree but not in an accounting related field and I’ll be honest I’m not sure I want to go down that route. I do want a career and progression, what options do I have? What routes have other people taken?

My utilization is 90% but all of my clients are small jobs. Does that look worse than someone who works on the larger, higher revenue generating jobs with all else equal (utilization/performance)?
