Currently Interviewing for a HCM (Human Capital Management) Senior Associate role within IFS. The recruiter mentioned the below info. Wanted to know if they are providing me the fair compensation info.

Pay: 85-90k base
Location: Virginia (Washington D.C area)
YOE: 2.5

Do you know if sign on bonus or stock option available for IFS positions?

Can someone who made a jump from KPMG to EY or DELOITTE at a manager level share their experience & noticeable differences in Culture, Salary, Travel, Advisory Practice..etc?

I have got an offer from PWC India consulting practice for the senior manager role.

Verbally the HR has confirmed that it will be year 2 SM role but it is not mentioned in the mail neither they are confirming this on mail.

Want to know from current employees if there is any sub level mentioned in internal systems for the same role, something like SM1, SM2 etc?

Hello! I am a Sales Engineer position with sales exp in the manufacturing sector and recently relocated to Seattle. I have been looking for a position and been interviewing with a few different companies. I have had yoe: 6 (4 of which were in sales). I was hoping to get some input on what fair compensation would be. The range of salaries I have seen so far is 85-95k base + 30-80k commission (total: 120-180k). I am interviewing with a startup wondering if it's fair for me to ask them to match

Which specialty would be most helpful for potential part time work later on post residency / cert?

I left management consulting for medicine and may consider far down the role trying to do some more business / advisory work on the side. Thinking maybe something like PE, VC, management, pharma.. honestly not quite sure.

Are there specialties in particular that would be more helpful?

Would GP be more relevant than something like Psych (does it come off too specialised?)

I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA.
