PwC is only good for 2-3 years. Take one promotion & make a jump otherwise suffer from single digit hikes every year & fall behind.

The year on year hikes are so bad. The funny part is Accenture didn’t give hikes for 2-3 years yet their fixed salary for the same role is way higher than here. Just let that sink in.

Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. I have not gotten a merit raise since the last 2 January’s, the state raises the threshold for salary folks. My company says that was my raise. Is this right?
