Trying to decide if it's worthwhile to take a job at Google in the bay area. I didn't research anything about levels before hand. I have 15+ years. Started off the phone screen as L5 (which went horrible), after which they said I can do the onsite as L4 (which went great). But again they said they will only now consider me as L3. First team interview went well.
Should I relocate for effectively the same base pay but more expensive city? Is it likely I'll get promoted to L5 eventually?
Someone just invited me to join this bowl, but I come here and there are no posts. I sent him a private message told him to stop bothering me. Later I went to a job interview. And when I got into the room, I found out he was the one interviewing me. My jaw dropped

Thinking about leaving Account for a digital Production gig. A lot of account skills are transferable but at the same time, I’ve never been a producer so the idea is kinda intimidating.
Anyone know what Phenomenon is like since the new president has joined? Rep before that was rough I know, I know.

Hey all! I currently have 2 YOE at Deloitte and have an S& offer for A2. I’m pushing back for A3 level instead. Anyone had any luck negotiating this in the past? Do Experience hires typically come in at A2 instead of A3? Also, was given a sign on of $10k. How does this compare? Thanks in advance! 😊
Hello everyone, I'm currently interviewing for the Director, Regulatory Compliance role in a Schedule 1 Canadian bank. I've worked largely in the public sector with FI regulators and rusty with information on possible compensation band for this role. I don't want to short change myself. 10+ years relevant regulatory experience plus a Law, MBA, etc education. Any idea on what a likely base range may be and other compensation to make for a TC package. All I've been getting is American. Thank you.
Got an offer for $87K for a lead resource management specialist position. Is this in range? How high could I realistically negotiate to with 15 yes industry experience in TA and HR and 3 yr USDC SS experience? TYIA

Anyone here familiar with the hiring process of KPMG consulting in Van? Had a partner interview on Nov 21, thought the feedback was positive but haven't heard back yet (no rejection/offer). Is it something normal or the interview just didn't go as well as I thought?
It's an experienced hire for an SC role. I saw the posting is still open atm, and my guess is that the recruiting team is comparing candidates since competition is higher due to recent layoffs.
Thanks in advance!
Can USDC folks be aligned to offices that PDM employees are assigned to? I see that the location is “US - Placename Delivery” for both of them. Or are USDC employees strictly aligned to the 3 centres & can’t change locations?
What would you say is the best area of Charlotte to live in these days? I have no idea where to even begin looking. Don't have kids yet, but don't necessarily want to be in a super busy area either.

Have a question around SF Sales Could Einstein. We are preparing to launch a Pilot with around 65 of our sales reps and managers.
We can't launch all the features due to compliance and configuration issues:
Have any of you launched Einstein?
Was it a success?
Have your teams seen the value?
What KPI's did you use to measure adoption and the validity of the insights generated?
Thanks in advance for your input

Currently as a technical architect (sm level) at Accenture federal services. Slalom recruiter approaches me for the potential roles. What roles should I look into it? Slalom Consulting
I was reached out by a recruiter at PwC for salesforce position. The recruiter mentioned with my 3 YOE, all in consulting with 1 of it being in SF implementation, I would come in as experienced associate or maybe a senior associate. My understanding is associate is same as analyst as Deloitte. Is this correct? Also what’s the salary range I should aim for? I mentioned at least 120K total.
Is there a way to integrate Outlook and Salesforce if you don’t have an outlook account?
Hi All, Will someone be willing to refer me for Sales Operations Analyst role at Salesforce ?
I have 4.5 years experience in sales operations and well versed with salesforce and salesforce reporting tools
3rd time I've had a Salesforce recruiter reach out directly, have me apply and do initial call then radio silence. Like I get other places doing this but for all this hype about how great Salesforce is how come they can't treat applicants with a bit of respect?
Out of curiosity, anyone work for/know of any European based consultancies hiring US based folks? I’m getting more interested in exploring options outside the US.

I recently got interviewed at Salesforce for position of Lead Automation Solutions Engineer and they extended an offer. FYI,I did some initial negotiation and the package looks like this;
Total Pkg - 255K(Base - 136K,MBO - 9K,Commision - 49K,RSU - 60K/4year).
Is there any room for negotiation or did I already hit the roofline?
Appreciate the insights. Thanks.

I am senior consultant with Deloitte and have about 7 years of total experience implementing Salesforce CRM mostly to clients in Health care domain. Can anybody please refer me for a solution architect position in Salesforce or any guidance on how to get the referral.
Context: I have social anxiety and extremely bad at networking. So do not like pinging people on linkedin for referral. None of my friends work at Salesforce.
From a different bowl. Basically, I’m getting deep into trailhead. Any advice on if this can help me land a Salesforce role or anyone whose done this path?
What is it like working as a solution architect at Salesforce?
Also what can expected comp look like and level structure.
I’m an Associate Manager at Accenture currently and have done functional work all throughout my career.
In interview process with SFDC and curious what the day to day is like from someone who’s made a similar switch and what to expect comp wise if it keeps going well.

Nov for mid year May for full year. PY is May to April
Twice a year (May and (Nov-Dec) - results are effective in July and Jan respectively
Note, performance bonuses are determined only once a year (decided in May, communicated in late June, paid out Sept 30)
Correction. There is an annual bonus that is once a year (hence “annual”) but we’ve been paying out other bonus awards more frequently. There were a couple others this year.
