Pwc salesforce practice annual performance review cycle is conducted twice a year or once? In which month appraisal happens ?PwC

Trying to decide if it's worthwhile to take a job at Google in the bay area. I didn't research anything about levels before hand. I have 15+ years. Started off the phone screen as L5 (which went horrible), after which they said I can do the onsite as L4 (which went great). But again they said they will only now consider me as L3. First team interview went well.

Should I relocate for effectively the same base pay but more expensive city? Is it likely I'll get promoted to L5 eventually?

Hello everyone, I'm currently interviewing for the Director, Regulatory Compliance role in a Schedule 1 Canadian bank. I've worked largely in the public sector with FI regulators and rusty with information on possible compensation band for this role. I don't want to short change myself. 10+ years relevant regulatory experience plus a Law, MBA, etc education. I was reached out by a recruiter at PwC for salesforce position. The recruiter mentioned with my 3 YOE, all in consulting with 1 of it being in SF implementation, I would come in as experienced associate or maybe a senior associate. My understanding is associate is same as analyst as Deloitte. Is this correct? Also what’s the salary range I should aim for? I mentioned at least 120K total.

I recently got interviewed at Salesforce for position of Lead Automation Solutions Engineer and they extended an offer. FYI,I did some initial negotiation and the package looks like this;
Total Pkg - 255K(Base - 136K,MBO - 9K,Commision - 49K,RSU - 60K/4year).
Is there any room for negotiation or did I already hit the roofline?
