my current ctc is 16 with 5.6 years of experience. I was a contract hire and parent company wants to hire me.
company is service based company.
my current title is senior analyst but they want to make me manager.
they are skipping tech lead and team lead positions.
they are ready to change 5 days working from earlier 6 days working.
they are asking me my expectations.
we are on client location and there is no one above us. Also team is not technically sound.FSS
Hi everyone, interview for entry level Allstate claims position. Should I take it being 3 business days since my final interview and no offer. The interviewer said to give it a week and that she was gna give my info to hiring manager to review, but I thought she was the hiring manager since this was the 2 interview outside internal recruiter interview. i sent a thank you email the day after. But i don’t know i thought it was a good interview. Allstate

Isnt EYP more of a CDD focussed shop vs S& being generic comparatively?
For the most part. They also do quite a bit of strategy work in the education & healthcare space.
From a comp perspective, S& is comparable to MBB until Director at least. Dont know how big the delta is beyond that
I’m not a Partner, but I’ve heard that our partner compensation is extremely competitive and the pension makes it even more competitive. Think about how much turnover there is in our partner layer versus MBB - anecdotally, I just saw a senior partner at BCG leave for a GM of Strategy role at IBM, which seems silly.
