Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? To reduce expense audit risk, put something like “AMEX not received yet” or similar when you submit the expense report, or have colleagues put as many expenses as possible on their cards
Yes
Just keep your receipts
What time is flight? If morning you need to call instead of booking online.
If price is absurd- sometimes people won’t mind Monday evening travel
Thank you all. Its just me flying out so guess I'll just keep the receipts
PwC2 100% of our expenses are audited ever since they moved that function offshore. But still good advice to explain what OP is doing
100% of expenses are analyzed, yes, but if an audit might have been triggered due to large expenses not coming in from AMEX, including that phrase may may prevent a full audit. Most of my new folks in similar situations have been able to avoid them.
Don’t know if same will apply once we switch over to Concur for expenses imminently.
