Question about parental leave at Workday - is there a minimum amount of time you must be employed for before being eligible for parental leave?

I’m currently interviewing for a role at Workday and have a baby on the way due in September. I’d ideally take 2 weeks off for the birth, then take parental leave after my wife uses up her leave (sometime early next year). Wondering if I’ll be eligible since I’ve heard other firms require you to be employed for 1 year before being eligible.

I work as a worker’s compensation adjuster and I cannot seem to get the hand of loss of time. Been in the same role for a year. Any piece of advise? I have made several improvements but it feels like I’m dragging it out. Last question is how do you manage claims that you have not handle for months and you’re too scared to do anything.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. They offer two options: the “traditional” course (which lasts around 2.5 months) and an extended 6-month course. I have 20+ years of HR systems experience.. specialized in global payroll and absent management. Have done multiple implementation projects. I am very much interested in working for workday.
