May lose some wlb since I work remote a lot but nearly double the salary and higher title. Also could potentially go up. My salary is pretty stagnant as a manager unless I get promoted

Depends on your management and their goals. The person who brought me in saw my potential and capabilities and threw me into lots of stuff to develop me and for their own gain. I was asked to do a lot of things out of scope but for value creation which they loved. He left and new management put everyone in a box and underutilized everyone’s skill set.
