I do it for the love of the game. But seriously, I remind myself that the only other job I could be paid to learn is academia, which is basically a series of permanently closed doors. Making complicated stuff make (more) sense is fun for me.
Money helps
Tell myself I am not cut out for physical labor anymore nor living life in the wilderness, which is where I’ll be if I don’t keep working. Sometimes it is helpful for me to remind myself that work is just funding my life that I want to live, having internet and groceries.
Do you even still enjoy your job or the work you are doing? Because if you don't, I am sad to say there is probably no way to motivate yourself.
Let me know if you find anything that works, because I'm more or less there myself. I feel like I'm completely burnt out and just going through the motions most days. I try to capitalize on my random bursts of energy and make up for it, but those are fewer and further between now.

How are ppl destroying your morale? Could be good to have an honest talk with your boss to try and learn on what they’re looking for if your work is getting torn apart.
I have found a passion outside of work in comedy. Unfortunately it doesn't pay much, so I continue to work so that I can afford to live, while still being able to have a passion outside of work. Maybe finding some kind of a hobby or outlet outside of work could help you.
Take a couple weeks off, chill out at home, regroup. I think you’ll find the challenges you’re facing involve more than work. However, if you find work is 80% of it, you may need to make a change. Also keep in mind that we focus on frustrations when we’re frustrated, pausing helps bring the good things back into play.
Do it for yourself.
I like eating. So do my kids. My husband and I also enjoy having a roof over our heads, so that keeps me coming back for more
