Chances are you are being underpaid and undervalued. You have to fight for yourself. Get better offers and negotiate or leave.
You quite possibly could have a better skill set, but they quite possibly could be better at negotiating. Did you push for a title bump and higher salary when you were switching?
Companies are just going to hand out money if you are happy with what you got. You need to fight for yourself
Do you research, note down your contributions and get some time on the calendar with you RL. I don’t necessarily think you need to prepare to leave at least until you have that conversation about your market value. Make sure you have this conversation sooner than later. Once CRTs take place, it’s too late to make your case. This worked for me. Although, it’s time to reassess again with all the changes over the last year!
