I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. After 4 months of casually applying and 3 months of dedicated searching after work hours, 130+ applications, 5 recruiter screens and 3 final rounds later... finally found an exit!!! You can all do it - I believe in you all!

How do I time interviews so that I get multiple offers at the same time so that I can leverage them against each other? I also want to avoid a situation where I get an offer from my backup option but it explodes before I can secure an offer with my top option.
