Whereas Bain & Company has no such minimum tenure requirement. My colleague got promoted in 4th months of joining right out of college.

I work at MW (although not in the debt finance group). I’m fairly new so can’t comment on specifics but I can say I really like the Chicago debt finance group attorneys. Seems like a lot of their work revolves around bank clients and financing that stems from the firm’s other work in PE, healthcare, etc.
To the extent I could be helpful in a DM, please feel free.
MW doesn't give a flying f*** about its associates. CFO is all about his bottom line.
The MW debt finance group in Chicago has a lot of turnover. Work can be rough for below market comp and the personalities can be difficult to work with. I know a few people who were previously in that group.
