[rant] We have gone through multiple things at TWs post Covid, large hires, broking public and then layoffs, taken over by some group and going private, struggling to pay salaries.
While many non billable roles were asked to find billable roles, why are we still struggling to pay salaries? What is the net income of our company? Which non billable roles are still eating away the money and increasing the cost? Was there any transparency on this?

With the Whitehouse about to push new Coronavirus messaging: ‘Learn to live with it’, push people to accept 50-100k new cases per day and encourage numbness to death where are our Dems?! Why aren’t there daily house subpoenas and hearings?!

My director gave me a 45 day termination warning. I had a random 1:1 with my director last Friday. She essentially told me I have 45 days to increase my activity (I’m a recruiter that gets measured on daily metrics.) After the 45 days if I don’t meet these requirements I will be terminated.
