Got a offer from TIAA, Pune location for a Associate role. The variable mentioned is discretionary. When I spoke to the HR, she said it is capped at maximum 10 percent. Can you please let me know what percentage can I expect? What has been the average from past?
Fixed Pay offered - 26LPA
YOE - 7

Should you thank your manager for your raise? Seems like a strange thing to do but also do see the appropriateness of it all. Just unsure

I've got a job offer in australia for 120$ Aud. Pay is good but they reached out to me via LinkedIn now all interviews done. If i accept the offer they will start my visa process. But I couldn't find the company in Google or Glassdoor reviews. It's a new startup kind of consultancy with 10-15 PPL. I can only see few linkedin posts for that company.

Is it advisable to proceed? They're not asking any money from me they are sponsoring for visa. Is it safe

I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k. I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.

Been 3 months since I joined Luxoft and I am assigned to a backward DXC project. The lead is oppressive and bossy. There is no work-life balance and 9:30 hours of work is not enough for them. My probation period is going to end soon. Should I inform my Luxoft manager and tell him to change my project right now ? Or shall I wait for him to end my probation period ?

Being a married female, i am little bit concerned about WLB in long term.
