Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I received my PHR certification in September 2020 and sitting for my SHRM-CP in two weeks. I’m having a hard time transitioning into a full Generalist position.

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Hello people. Need a suggestion and please provide your honest inputs. I'm with EY GDS (India) currently (3 YOE) with a package of 10LPA. Role is of Tax senior which is equivalent to team lead in general. I'm exploring roles in WELLS FARGO as I am looking into profiles in investment banking. Have done masters in banking and finance, also have retail banking experience of 4.5 years.
